Also included is the 2017 version of the NPHC Awards Questionnaire to help Sharon obtain your awards for the end of the year.

Remember the Member/Exhibitor Appreciation dinner has been moved from July to August.  This move may become permanent due to scheduling conflicts at the Fartgrounds.

Plans are progressing for the 2nd Annual APHA/NPHC Trail Ride for Fun in September.  The current plan is to again hold it at Washoe Lake State Park.  It’s a nice facility and there is water in the lake this year!  The two dates under consideration are Sept 23rd or Sept 30th, with the 23rd being the currently preferred date.  Please let David Ruby or me know which date is best or works for you.

Please contact me if you have additional questions or needs, or if you want to be removed from this email list.  Have a great day and see you soon, Roy

NPHC Blast #2: Exhibitor Appreciation Program and the Bonanza Inn & Casino   06152017

Announcing the 2017 NPHC Exhibitor Participation Incentive Program

THANK YOU to the Bonanza Inn & Casino – Super 8 Motel for your continued support of the Nevada Paint Horse Club.

Please plan to attend the four (4) Nevada Paint Horse Club shows in 2017.  Invite your friends and spend some horse show road-trip weekends in Fallon, Nevada.

In a continuing effort to encourage new & returning exhibitors and generate additional attendance at the four (4) Nevada Paint Horse Club shows in 2017, the NPHC Exhibitor Participation Incentive Program has returned for 2017.  Each show will have exhibitor prizes given out on Sunday, culminating in a grand prize drawing at the last show for a saddle.  For the 4th year in a row the Bonanza Inn & Casino, NPHC’s host hotel and 2017 show partner, will sponsor a saddle that will be awarded to a lucky exhibitor in September. This year’s saddle may be a working saddle and should be available to view once received.

Entries will be given to exhibitors, linked to the horse’s back number, and based on the number of pre-entered classes up to five (5) tickets.  In addition, a bonus ticket will be given to exhibitors who are NPHC members.  All of the prizes available at each show will be awarded during the lunch break on Sunday, but you must be present to win.  You can receive up to five (5) tickets per show + a bonus ticket for your NPHC membership. That’s a possible six (6) chances from each of the four shows or up to 24 chances to win the saddle at the end of the show year.

Please contact me if you have additional questions or needs, or if you want to be removed from this email list.  Have a great day and see you soon, Roy

NPHC Blast #1: June NPHC Show paperwork 06152017

Hi everyone.  It’s been busy:  three show weekends in a row to get the season started, Callen’s had surgery for foxtails in his mouth (but he should be healed enough to make the first Fallon show), and lots of other things.

I have entries from some of you.  I have heard from Greer,  Spinuzzi,  Brown,  Rock,  Carter family (welcome back!!),  Tasker/Laplace,  Martin,  and Rice.  If you are not listed here and please contact me or resend your entry(s).

Don’t forget to reservce yout sralls with Sharon Avery.  Don’t forget to send payment with your form, especially if you are asking for extra shavings or hay.  If you want hay or extra shavings, please get that request to Sharon by next Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure that she buys what you need or have requested.  The price of the hay has yet to be determined or I just haven’t been told.

Patterns have been requested from the judges and are slowly coming in.  I have Showmanship so far.

THANK YOU to the Bonanza Inn & Casino-Super 8 Motel has again agreed to be our host hotel and will once again sponsor the Exhibitor Appreciation program and the Saddle that will be awarded in September.

Please find attached the June NPHC show cover, class list, stall reservation form, and an entry blank (See “Shows” page on the NPHC Web Site ).

Also, Please remember to fully complete the entry form, especially your membership, horse ownership, and individual exhibitor information.  APHA plans to really crack down on us allowing incomplete entries or not-qualified people to show.

Please contact me if you have additional questions or needs, or if you want to be removed from this email list.  Have a great day and see you soon, Roy
