2022 NPHC show season forms

Hi everyone, Here are the forms for the first show for NPHC in Fallon.

We now have a 10-day submission deadline for results to APHA. Please take the time to fill out all of the blanks on all of the forms and make sure that all of your cards and paperwork are in order, so that we don't have to chase information after the show to submit results.
